SHIPPING

Free standard shipping on all orders $50+ before taxes within the contiguous United States.

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, from Los Angeles, CA. We are unable to make any changes to an order once it is sent to our warehouse, but please contact us at Support@bestofpet.com as soon as you can so we can do our best to cancel or make an adjustment to your order.

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. We ship via USPS Ground. Please allow up to 5 business days from shipment date to receive your order.

Currently, we only ship within the United States, but revisit our Site soon because we plan to ship internationally in the future.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENT

In the unlikely event your packaged order is lost or damaged during shipment, you are responsible to file the claim with the shipping carrier. Best of Pet® does not accept responsibility for delivery delays due to third party delivery services and unforeseen circumstances such as customs, government stoppages etc. but we will do our best to help!

All items purchased from Best of Pet® are made pursuant to a shipment contract with a shipping carrier. Thus, the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery of the packaged order to the carrier.

Orders will be shipped to the address you designated, so long as such an address is complete and complies with any shipping restrictions contained on the Site. The time and location of delivery of the packaged order to you is at the discretion of the carrier.

We cannot take responsibility for shipments with a forwarding address. If you use a forwarding address, please contact the forwarding service to locate your shipment.

If any damage or delays are incurred during transit by the shipping carriers, please let us know so we can do our best to help you in receiving the best service possible. Once the package leaves our hands, it is out of our control.

We check our products carefully before shipping out to you. In the unlikely case you receive a damaged or defective item please contact our support team at Support@bestofpet.com.
