(the goal here is to get ready to be ready, and set up the next flow to explain that PP is ultimately for application of knowledge and product use, while filtering what THEY KNOW or can find out about their pet. we cant do all the work for them, they need to contribute. Which aligns with perspective of goal for BOP to get pet parents to PLAY with their pets, YOU NEED TO CONTRIBUTE. ITS BONDING.
